Terms of Service & Catering Guidelines
Operating under the commercial laws of the Republic of Ghana • Eniceberny Bakery & Catering Enterprise, Kumasi.
1. Freshness & Order Lead Times
All artisanal breads, pastries, and savory dishes are baked and prepared fresh to order. Standard counter menu items require 30 to 60 minutes preparation time. Bespoke multi-tiered wedding cakes and extensive banquet catering require a minimum of 48 to 72 hours advance confirmation.
2. Pricing, Invoicing & Currencies
All prices on this website and on official digital invoices are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵ / GHS). Invoices issued for catering and wedding cakes must be settled in full prior to delivery, or in accordance with the specified 50% deposit and 50% balance schedule.
3. Delivery & Nationwide Logistics
Eniceberny provides localized dispatch across Kumasi (KNUST, Ahodwo, Bantama, Asokwa, Ayeduase, etc.) as well as express nationwide delivery of packaged delicacies (Chin Chin, dry cakes, catering boxes) across Ghana. Patrons are responsible for providing valid Ghanaian phone contact numbers and identifiable landmarks.
4. Cancellations & Custom Creation Changes
Due to the perishable and customized nature of artisanal confectionery, custom celebration cakes cannot be cancelled once baking and sugarcraft sculpting has commenced. For inquiries, contact our customer desk directly at 0532342139.
