Our menu is categorized into five specialized culinary departments accessible from the top navigation bar or /shop:

• Pastries & Bakehouse: Golden beef meat pies, sausage rolls, buttery French croissants, danishes, and savory turnovers.
• Continental Dishes: Party Jollof rice platters, fried rice with roasted chicken, grilled fish with potato wedges, and fresh coleslaw.
• Authentic Ghanaian Cuisine: Authentic Fufu with light goat soup, steaming Banku with grilled tilapia and hot pepper, Omo Tuo (rice balls) with groundnut soup, and Abete3 (Kokonte).
• Celebration Cakes: Bespoke artisan cakes for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and corporate celebrations.
• Fresh Drinks & Juices: Chilled artisanal Sobolo with ginger, freshly squeezed pineapple-ginger blends, and seasonal citrus juices.

1.2 Interactive Search & Category Filters

• Category Filter Pills: Click any category pill at the top of the menu to filter items instantly.
• Search Bar: Type any keyword (e.g. "jollof", "meat pie", "velvet") for live client-side filtering.
• Price Range & Sorting: Filter items by price or sort by Popularity, Price: Low to High, or Newest Creations.

1.3 Customizing Celebration Cakes & Portions

When ordering custom celebratory cakes:

1. Portion Size Buttons:
   • 6-inch (Feeds 6–8 guests): Ideal for intimate family dinners.
   • 8-inch (Feeds 12–16 guests): Perfect for standard birthday parties.
   • 10-inch (Feeds 20+ guests): Designed for office milestones and large receptions.
2. Sponge & Frosting Selection:
   • Signature Red Velvet with Madagascar Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting
   • Belgian Double Chocolate Fudge Ganache
   • Vanilla Bean & Lemon Citrus Curd
3. Custom Inscription Text Box:
   • Type your custom inscription text (e.g. "Happy 30th Birthday Nana Akua!"). Maximum 60 characters.
4. Dietary & Kitchen Notes:
   • Specify dietary requests (e.g. "Nut-free bakehouse preparation please").
5. Quantity Stepper:
   • Use the + or - buttons to adjust the quantity.
6. Button: "Add to Basket":
   • Clicking this button adds the customized creation to your shopping basket with an animated slide-in confirmation.

🛒 2. Shopping Basket & Checkout Flow (/checkout)

2.1 The Sliding Cart Drawer

• Click the Shopping Basket Icon in the top navigation bar at any time to reveal the sliding cart drawer.
• Line Item Controls:
  • Click + or - to adjust quantities dynamically.
  • Click the Trash Icon to remove an item.
• Promotional Coupon Input:
  • Enter an active coupon code (e.g. WELCOME10).
  • Click "Apply Code". The discount is immediately deducted from the subtotal.
• Button: "Proceed to Checkout":
  • Advances you directly to the secure checkout page.

2.2 Fulfillment Methods: Delivery vs Pickup

At /checkout, choose your preferred fulfillment method:

• Option 1: Doorstep Delivery:
  • Our dispatch couriers deliver straight to your residence or workplace in Kumasi.
  • Delivery Address: Street name, house number, or office block.
  • GhanaPostGPS Digital Address: Enter your digital address (e.g. AK-039-2311). This allows our courier to navigate directly to your gate.
  • Notable Landmark: Provide visual directions (e.g. "Opposite the Shell filling station, black sliding gate").
  • Delivery Fee: Standard delivery fee (GH₵ 15.00) is calculated automatically.
• Option 2: In-Store Collection (Free):
  • Collect your warm package directly from our bakery counter at Kumasi Tech.
  • No delivery fee is charged.

2.3 Payment Methods

We support all major Ghanaian payment rails:

1. Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money):
   • Select the "Mobile Money" radio button.
   • Enter your 10-digit mobile number.
   • You will receive an instant USSD push prompt on your handset.
   • Enter your secret Mobile Money PIN to authorize payment.
2. Debit & Credit Cards:
   • Select "Card (Visa / Mastercard)".
   • Enter your 16-digit card number, expiry date, and CVV on the encrypted Paystack modal.
   • Authorize with your bank's 3D-Secure SMS OTP.
3. Cash on Delivery / Pay on Pickup:
   • Select "Pay on Delivery / Pickup".
   • Pay physical cash directly to the dispatch rider upon delivery or to our cashier at the counter.

2.4 Button: "Place Order & Pay"

• Submits your order atomically.
• You are directed to your live order confirmation screen (/orders/EB-XXXX).

Once your order is placed, you can follow its live journey in real time:

• Visual Progression Bar: Highlights the current stage of preparation and dispatch.
• Estimated Arrival: Live countdown to delivery or pickup readiness.

• Button: "Download Official Tax Receipt (PDF)": Generates an A4 PDF receipt with an embedded verification QR code for expense reimbursement.

🧾 4. Self-Service Digital Invoices (/invoices)

For corporate procurement, telephone orders, or delayed balance settlements:

1. Visit our public invoice portal: https://enicebakerygh.com/invoices.
2. Search using either:
   • Your Order / Invoice Number (e.g. EB-20260927-1402), OR
   • Your Phone Number (e.g. 0244123456).
3. Click "Search Invoice".
4. The system displays your itemized invoice with:
   • Delicacies, portions, and unit prices.
   • Subtotal, delivery fee, and discount deductions.
   • Total amount paid and remaining balance due.
5. If an outstanding balance remains, click "Pay Online Now" to settle the balance instantly via Mobile Money or Card.
6. The invoice updates to PAID immediately.

👑 5. Booking Executive Catering & Banquets (/catering)

For weddings, corporate seminars, and private celebrations:

5.1 Submitting an Event Inquiry

1. Navigate to /catering.
2. Complete the event booking form:
   • Full Name, Phone & Email.
   • Event Category: Wedding Reception, Corporate Conference, Birthday Party, Social Banquet.
   • Target Date & Venue Location: Venue name or city.
   • Headcount: Anticipated guests (10 to 500+ guests).
   • Target Budget Range: Estimated budget in Ghanaian Cedis.
   • Dietary & Menu Requests: Buffet preferences, Ghanaian vs Continental split.
3. Click "Submit Catering Inquiry".
4. Our Event Director will contact you within 24 hours with a custom quotation proposal.

5.2 Proposals & Deposit Schedule

• You will receive a formal Quotation Proposal (QT-XXXX) with an itemized budget.
• 50% Milestone Deposit: Locks your event date on our culinary calendar.
• 50% Final Balance: Due 48 hours prior to event staging.

👤 6. Patron Account Portal & Privacy Rights (/account)

Registered patrons enjoy an enriched self-service experience:

6.1 Address Book (/account/addresses)

• Save multiple delivery destinations (e.g. Home Ahodwo, Office Adum, Family Asokwa).
• Tag default addresses for fast one-click checkout.
• Store precise GhanaPostGPS coordinates and courier landmarks.

6.2 Culinary Preferences & Notes (/account/settings)

• Configure dietary requirements (Nut Allergy, Vegetarian, Halal, Gluten-free).
• Add permanent kitchen notes that attach automatically to all future orders.
• Select your preferred communication channels: WhatsApp updates, SMS dispatch notifications, or Email summaries.

6.3 Ghana Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843)

• Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), your data is handled with strict confidentiality.
• We never share your contact or location details with third parties.
• You may export your transaction history or request permanent deletion of your profile at any time by contacting privacy@enicebakerygh.com.
